Primoz Pizza - University Heights

I am always impressed with all aspects of Primoz. My local Primoz is in University Heights and they are always so kind and helpful. Today I had a pizza delivered which was a slightly wrong order. One of my orders was pepperoni pizza but received cheese only. No big deal at all- I wasn’t too concerned but a few minutes later, my correct order arrived unexpectedly bc the person who took my order realized the mistake and remedied it. I just thought that was so nice. I didn’t call to make a complaint and had no intentions to. You can get good food many places but Primoz has good food and thoughtful/kind staff. :)

Primoz Pizza is a must-try! The pies are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked every time. Shoutout to JACK and Latifah for their outstanding service—they made the experience even better. Definitely my go-to pizza spot! 🍕

Very inconsistent pizzas. Sometimes undercooked, sometimes missing more than half their ingredients (Mount pleasant i'm eating doesn't have tomatoes, feta or balsamic glaze.) when they are on point its great pizza, but when you order, you never know what you're gonna get.

I just moved to the area and ordered using the restaurant's website. After hitting submit it said Uber would deliver the order. I didn't get my entire order and when I realized it, I was unable to reach the Uber driver to confirm if they had it. When I called the restaurant they said it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything about it. As I began to ask why, or how do I get a refund, they hung up on me. Absolutely horrendous customer service. If this is how they treat customers I don't know why anyone, regardless of the quality or not of their food, would support the business. Pizza is a dime a dozen so I'll be finding a better, more customer conscientious business to spend my hard earned money and steering friends towards other business as well.

My third time getting pizza here. I never eat out. Gotta admit though, this place has good vegetarian-friendly pizza (and vegan). This time I just got something random and it was still amazing. Highly recommend.

Ordered a vegan pizza and these morons gave me REAL cheese. Daughter is severely allergic and now she’s sick. Called to get the situation rectified with the manager and he had a funky attitude. Didn’t apologize and all he said was “well some people order the vegan pizza with real cheese”. Bunch of degenerate idiots working there. If you’re vegan, please beware when ordering here. Because they CLEARLY do not care. Offered to issue a refunded while rushing me off the phone.

As a Cleveland native, I enjoy a nice meal from time to time when going out to eat. Today was my first time actually eating at Primoz Pizza in University Heights as I’ve heard many people (including a family member rave about how good the pizza tastes). While the pizza is delicious as was described, while I was checking to see other menu options that were offered, today is Tuesday New Year’s Eve: on the menu it shows specials throughout the week and Tuesdays are 2 for 1 Tuesdays, per the menu it says “Buy one any size pizza get 2nd Free - Any special cannot be combined with another special or coupon”. Clearly something’s wrong as the Cashier never mentioned this and I purchased a medium sized Pepperoni pizza, nothing special or coupons used - If businesses don’t follow/honor their word and in this case their word being their menu, how can I as a customer trust that I won’t be cheated out of future specials/offers?- due to this experience, that is why I’ve rated this 2 out of 5 overall as a first time customer, this makes me question any future visits even though the food was good, the ball was dropped following the listed special.

The person at that register was friendly. I was disappointed with the taste of the vegan pizza i t. It doesn't have much seasoning on it. I couldn't taste seasonings like garlic or oregano. It was bland. I got a small deep dish and it didn't even fill the box. I spent $16 for something the size of Little Caesar's cheesy bread (too much).
