Several employees standing around doing absolutely nothing, while there is a line of customers waiting to order and pick up. Almost a half hour for a cup of black coffee and a large iced tea. Ridiculous!
Everyone is so pleasant and helpful at this location. Love the energy!!
Love the place my first Starbucks. Place is open for carry out and drive thru. Staff and service always excellent.
