Sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Ridiculous

Only interested in the drive up business. No one on duty to take in-person orders, and no one ready to step up and do it for quite a while. Then, of course long wait for drink since drive up comes first. No one call g names, have to stand and scrutinize every cup. Don’t stop here unless you have a lot of time and don’t care about service.

Staff is typically friendly but they are super slow even when put in a mobile order u wait another 20 min to get your order. Makes u want to cancel an go to a different place

2nd location I went to today, in an attempt to get my drink made correctly. First, I waited 25 minutes for my drink. It appears that the drive thru takes precedence over those that come inside. So, I waited for a long time, then she took 3 times to make my order correctly.

This Starbucks absolutely made my morning! I ordered a Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich with an Iced Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, and both were perfect. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and the bacon had just the right crisp. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, exactly how I like it.
What really stood out was the service — my drink came with a handwritten “Stay Cool!!” on the cup, which genuinely put a smile on my face. It’s those little touches that make you want to come back. The store was clean, the atmosphere was calm, and my order was ready quickly.
Highly recommend this location for great food, excellent drinks, and friendly vibes!

We ordered 2 cappuccinos. One was with regular milk and the other with Oat milk. The taste of both coffees was disgusting! We got the impression that people don't know how to make coffee. The coffee was very bitter! Poorly prepared coffee is very common at Starbucks. I think you should train your employees to make coffee and check how they cope with it.

The baristas were extremely rude…I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with extra cold foam, and there was barely any on there. Naturally, I asked for more cold foam because it’s an extra $1.25, and the barista had the audacity to say, “There’s already cold foam on there.” Obviously, there was, but if I order extra cold foam, I want EXTRA. The whole interaction was unnecessary, all he had to do was simply pour some of the drink out and put more cold foam without a word. I am extremely disappointed.

Very rude service,I was there they never ask me for name I didn't like the service I ordered large coffees and they gave me some small ones that I never ordered
I’ve been coming here daily for a fees months, for the most part the service is good through drive thru. There’s only one person that appears to be short and rude with EACH encounter. She has red hair and younger. I went this morning at around 11:15, the line wasn’t long but it was very slow. I waited in line for 10 minutes for bacon egg bites double cooked on 2 and when I received them they were barely cooked so I asked for them the be cooked again. The young lady snatched them out of my hand and stated pull up of you can come in, I said I’ve been sitting I’m not coming in, she proceeded to tell me nastily to drive back around. I did as I was asked and she shoved them at me when I pulled back around. I’m not one to complain but today’s encounter was a bit much. Smh
