I’m writing to share my recent experience at your store on September 12th around 3:26 PM, which was unfortunately very negative.

From the start, the interaction felt off. At the drive-thru, the employee taking my order was not customer-friendly. When I arrived at the window, I greeted her with “Hi, how are you?” twice. The only response I received was “huh,” followed by silence as she closed the window.

When I handed her payment, there was confusion about the total. I thought she said $10.01, so I gave her $20.01. My change came back as $9 and some change, which suggested I had misheard her. I politely asked what the total was, but instead of answering, she closed the window again. About 30 seconds later, she returned with a receipt, still saying nothing.

Another employee brought my drink, and I asked to speak with the manager. She identified herself as the shift manager, Tiana. I explained the situation and shared how rude the first employee had been. Tiana looked confused and wasn’t able to provide me with the store manager’s name.

For reference, the employee at the window was named Essence (if I heard correctly). She had red hair and a nose ring.

This experience was frustrating because basic courtesy was missing at every step. No greeting, no communication, no clarity about my order or change. If Tiana was in fact the manager on duty, she didn’t handle the complaint professionally either.

At that point, I did not even trust the drink I had been given and chose not to drink it. Instead, I went to 7 Brew on Mayfield, less than five minutes away, where the service was polite, professional, and welcoming. The drink was also less expensive and excellent in quality. The difference in service between the two locations was stark.

I’ve always associated Starbucks with good customer service, but this visit was the opposite. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that employees are trained to show respect and communicate with customers, even during busy shifts. Needless to say, I won't be going back here.

I think this is by far the worst location they don’t have good customer service at all! You can’t be rude serving drinks and food now we have to drive far out just for better service just sad!

I’ve never had such awful customer service. You probably know the girl I’m talking about. Attitude at the ordering screen and at the window. “Have a rest of your day.” Manager needs to check her attitude before she talks this way to the wrong one. We placed a mobile order and she was mad that we didn’t wait long enough for her liking. Do better.

Came here ordered a drink asked for extra caramel, did not get extra carmel asked can it be fixed and then got attitude from the person making the drink because I asked for it to be fixed. My drink was remade with excessive Carmel after that. Very unnecessary and unprofessional “customer service”

Rudest customer service ever. I have had the same drink order for years & never had my drink made the way they made it. I rarely send my drinks back even if they are poorly made, but after spending so much money for drinks that aren't made right it gets frustrating. I only come to this location because its close to me. Any other Starbucks would be glad to correct a drink but this location gave me attitude over THEIR mistake. This has happened a few times now.

I went to the StarBucks in South Euclid store #67264 and the girl that took my order name Ann was very rude. This was my first time going to this store or any Starbucks in the area. I had the pineapple refresher from a friend and liked it. I went to order my own. I did not know what size they came in so I asked her and she at first stated What! I told her I never ordered one before she then stated small medium
Large. I said medium my friend said larger. She come to the window with a small and medium cup. My friend stated he ordered the large. She took the cup back with an attitude. I went online and saw the name of the sizes and asked her about them she then stated we do have them sizes. I again told her this is why I asked you about the sizes. I asked her what is her name and she say come again. Just rude. She should not be taking orders or working with any customer. It’s too many Starbucks to deal with that attitude. This is why a lot of businesses are so ran down because of the people you hire in these stores who don’t care about customer service.
