I think this is by far the worst location they don’t have good customer service at all! You can’t be rude serving drinks and food now we have to drive far out just for better service just sad!

The coffee and customer service at this location is decent.
I’ve never had such awful customer service. You probably know the girl I’m talking about. Attitude at the ordering screen and at the window. “Have a rest of your day.” Manager needs to check her attitude before she talks this way to the wrong one. We placed a mobile order and she was mad that we didn’t wait long enough for her liking. Do better.

Came here ordered a drink asked for extra caramel, did not get extra carmel asked can it be fixed and then got attitude from the person making the drink because I asked for it to be fixed. My drink was remade with excessive Carmel after that. Very unnecessary and unprofessional “customer service”
Rudest customer service ever. I have had the same drink order for years & never had my drink made the way they made it. I rarely send my drinks back even if they are poorly made, but after spending so much money for drinks that aren't made right it gets frustrating. I only come to this location because its close to me. Any other Starbucks would be glad to correct a drink but this location gave me attitude over THEIR mistake. This has happened a few times now.

I went to the StarBucks in South Euclid store #67264 and the girl that took my order name Ann was very rude. This was my first time going to this store or any Starbucks in the area. I had the pineapple refresher from a friend and liked it. I went to order my own. I did not know what size they came in so I asked her and she at first stated What! I told her I never ordered one before she then stated small medium
Large. I said medium my friend said larger. She come to the window with a small and medium cup. My friend stated he ordered the large. She took the cup back with an attitude. I went online and saw the name of the sizes and asked her about them she then stated we do have them sizes. I again told her this is why I asked you about the sizes. I asked her what is her name and she say come again. Just rude. She should not be taking orders or working with any customer. It’s too many Starbucks to deal with that attitude. This is why a lot of businesses are so ran down because of the people you hire in these stores who don’t care about customer service.

Long wait for drive thru and I ordered a medicine ball tea that didn’t have the full flavor too watered down.
Another establishment that has no problem treating and having patience with a independent 9 year old. Very kind and her drink was "PERFECT"!
