Terrible experience. Used app to order sub like I do at every location. Go to pick it up. They say they don’t have any online orders. I show them the order on my phone. The app changes the order to cancelled/voided. My card was still charged. Staff there just got angry that I had the nerve to be mad they charged my card, didn’t give me any food, nor offer to refund my card. All they have is excuses and they wanna blame the app and they can’t control it and blah blah blah. Now I have to wait up to a week for the app to decide if it’s going to refund me which is doubtful cuz now the app says the food was picked up. Sounds very fraudulent to me.

I placed an online order for three sandwiches and a drink. i wanted a bottle drink and got given a cup, when i asked for a bottle they got a nasty attitude. never coming to this subway ever again.

We came in around 6:30pm (6.4.24) we were greeted by all the 3 employees. Their service was great and they were very helpful.

Super nice in there and very clean, but my bread was hard as a rock and they REALLY skimped on the meat. Was basically bread and veggies. Never had that issue at any other subway.

All three of the workers one female and two males was very rude today Jan 29 2024. The man with the cross dingle earrings saw us standing ready to order. He ignored us he didn't even give us the welcoming word "We will be right with you". SMH IF IT WASN'T FOR CUSTOMERS YOU LAMES WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB. YOU DON'T GET BLESSED DOING PEOPLE LIKE THAT! I'M GONNA TELL EVERYONE DON'T BUY FROM THERE. MY MOTHER IS AN ELDERLY LADY I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THAT! We just walked out didn't get nothing.

I don’t know if this gentleman was the owner or the manager. But he walked right in the door. Took his coat off washed his hands. Got his gloves on and started to wait on the customers with the workers. Always great customer service at this location

Best Subway to go get something to eat. Friendly staff and they actually know how to laugh. I been to others that are neither and always giving me crispy bread when I request soft on the outside. Subway lovers out there know what I talking about
