I stopped by a few minutes before they closed while they were still taking customers and they did not allow me to use the restroom. I was also going to order food but decided not to because I feel that is bad customer service. Using the bathroom is a natural biological process just like eating.

Placed an online order then the lady proceeded to ignore my order and make the people who walked in after me order first. Staff wouldn't let me refund after they disrespected me. Had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Go to another subway for your sanity.

I've been to many Subway locations over the years. And until going to this particular one I didn't really pay attention to the fact that it really does depend on which franchise should go to. This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. Try it yourself. Go to this location as an example if you haven't already and see how it compares to other experiences you've had at other Subway locations. It's kind of a crapshoot. Some locations aren't as good as others.

I prefer to call this the whispering Subway. I ordered a sandwich and noticed two male workers whispering with each other. I didn't think much of it until I got home. This was the worse subway sandwich I ever had. For some reason it seems the two decided to make my sandwich sloppy. They did not even want to give me a receipt. There were no napkins and the sandwich tasted terrible. You will be better at the McDonald's across the street.

Terrible experience. Used app to order sub like I do at every location. Go to pick it up. They say they don’t have any online orders. I show them the order on my phone. The app changes the order to cancelled/voided. My card was still charged. Staff there just got angry that I had the nerve to be mad they charged my card, didn’t give me any food, nor offer to refund my card. All they have is excuses and they wanna blame the app and they can’t control it and blah blah blah. Now I have to wait up to a week for the app to decide if it’s going to refund me which is doubtful cuz now the app says the food was picked up. Sounds very fraudulent to me.

Super nice in there and very clean, but my bread was hard as a rock and they REALLY skimped on the meat. Was basically bread and veggies. Never had that issue at any other subway.

All three of the workers one female and two males was very rude today Jan 29 2024. The man with the cross dingle earrings saw us standing ready to order. He ignored us he didn't even give us the welcoming word "We will be right with you". SMH IF IT WASN'T FOR CUSTOMERS YOU LAMES WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB. YOU DON'T GET BLESSED DOING PEOPLE LIKE THAT! I'M GONNA TELL EVERYONE DON'T BUY FROM THERE. MY MOTHER IS AN ELDERLY LADY I HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THAT! We just walked out didn't get nothing.
