I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.

The guy there Jayvon (hopefully I spelled it right) is so sweet ! His personality is so bubby and positive and he made my order just right ! He was a real cool dude ! Everything was clean too

Went in at 8:50 (when closing time says 9:30) only for them to tell me they were closed at 9. They also tried telling me they close at 9 on the weekend? Regardless was still in there before closing time and they wouldn’t serve me. Employees clearly just wanted to get off early. Horrible location.

put in an order thru the app, my bus arrived sooner than I expected, I called the store to cancel the order & refund money, spoke to someone who said they would cancel the order but order wasn't cancelled & they kept my money, don't use this store, there's another one less than a mile away where the service is better

Best subway I’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice and considerate. Everything is always clean here and I have never had an issue. I will not go to any other subway in the area now

Very friendly and knowledgeable crew, they have a lot of patience and a good sense of humor.

Parking: Parking lot is free just a little small, not alot of room for maneuvering

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair can get up on the walkway but there may be difficulty at the door it's not automatic

They put an A Frame on the sidewalk stating subway wants our business. I called to see if they take coupons and the phone just kept hanging up on me.

Will definitely be back!!! The young lady with the red hair and beautiful freckles was so kind, just an amazing experience from previous visits. If I can have service like hers all the time I would visit every day. Plus, food was amazing.

Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. I hope the Owner/Management appreciates their hardworking and diligence and shows it! 1/3/24 a little before noon.
