Had a great time with my family from out of state who are normally super picky by surprisingly they enjoyed the food. The manager was nice and even gave my niece a dessert for her birthday.

This is a absolute no go.We arrived and was blantly ignored for about 5 minutes. There was 1 group finishing up their meal. Took about 5 minutes to be offered water, after we were seated. 15-20 minutes later water and drinks arrived because the bar tender/manager was resting his feet at the door on his cell phone and there was 1 server working and the other having a drink at the bar. About an hour later I recieved my appetizer and entrée simultaneously and another 15 minutes my dinner partner recieved her entree and wings. The only thing hot was her entree. My food was dry so I asked for sauce, I recieved it about 10-15 minutes later. I had corn and fries for dinner but paid for fish tacos I sent back.We were not provided silverware, had to ask multiple times for napkins, 1 glass of water and 2 syrup filled Henny Penny's. 4 workers, 1 working. This is a hard pass, you can get amazing food and service elsewhere.

Firstly the food wasn't bad.... I ordered two crab clusters not a seafood person but it was good until I was told I had 2 lbs.... which isn't what I ordered plus sausage and shrimp I didn't order....but the clams were good which I indeed ordered. My brother ordered crab and shrimp with sausage but he didn't get the sausage which the cook kindly brought out with no issue. The sauce on the side was wrong but he didn't make a big deal out of it. I'd kindly advise don't order any food with them waitress does not listen and cannot write down a correct order with only three tables to serve so I'm def assuming she was scheming to get extra money out of customers by telling the cooks to cook food which wasn't ordered then calls the line cook to threaten to call the police on us to bully customers to pay for something they didn't even order!!! Then after the police arrives and mediates we have the original price to pay which it should have been from jump! my brother paid for it just for the line cook to have the police tell us to leave the rest of the food which was PAID for this is why I'll never eat here again and also advise no one else does either. Instead of being dramatic and disrespectful despite the treatment we we kind to them but left no tip seeing as they didn't deserve one especially seeing as I wanted to bring my brother somewhere I was told was nice because he came to spend time with his family after active duty for thanksgiving!!! Embarrassing for the owners and embarrassed I even thought to give this place a chance!!!

Don't waste your money here. Food is horrible and didnt taste fresh at all. The whole places was empty it was 3 oclock ish the staff was rude told us the prices has change as we walk though the door. Nothing on the menu we wanted was availables they give us awful customer sevices. The waiter was nices but it was long wait.I didnt have an good time at all. Its not kid friendly the kids food look terrible my kids didn't even eat it nothing but french fries. I felt way over charge for serivce fee and taxes. The food was nasty to me. I wouldn't ecommending this places to anyone I know or nor wouldnt come back here again. They dont deserve an one star.

Worst experience. I wish I read the reviews before I went. Rude hostess, waitress. Asked her for something and got no response. Plastic silverware broke while eating crab legs, obviously. OG butter sauce tastes like liquid garlic. Embarrassed that I took a guest there.

This location was absolutely the worst I've ever been to I've heard good things about them the wait staff really sucked I was very disappointed as much money as I spent. Walking around like if they had lead in their shoes. Talking to each other instead of waiting on the customers. There was only one other table and I waited over an hour and a half for my food. Just totally one of my worst experiences ?? I believe with tip my bill was $250 or something like that

We went to this boiler 65 on Father's day, we got there about 4:30 pm, we waited for over an hour, there was not a lot of customers there but very short staffed. The waitress Laelonnil, was running all over the place trying to wait on all the tables. She was very patient and kept a pleasant attitude the entire time we were there. I think the manager need to hire more staff if they want customer to return again.. The food was good but very spicy . My husband really enjoyed his evening .

Really enjoyed the food and had a great waitress name Laelonnii ??. She was bubbly, attentive and the only waitress working the entire time. Only thing stopping the 5 star rating is that the establishment was severely understaffed and my party of 9 waited over an hour to be seated and then another 45 mins to get food. We were there at 430pm until 730pm. However, I won't do dine in again but will consider call in for a pickup.
