We gave them one more chance before leaving a negative review. 5 wings were missing from the order and we have a flavor that we have no clue what it is. It was supposed to be Louisiana rub but it is no where near what we got from the wing stop in Parma. Very disappointed! Of course when we called to let them know the order was wrong, no one answered the phone.

NOPE! Order here at your own risk! Wingstop can you please hire people who ACTUALLY want to be there? I'm really getting tired of ordering food then go to pick it up to be greeted with attitude as if I've done something wrong and offended them by ordering. This location in particular is the worst! I prefer going out of my way past this one to the Mayfield location. I usually order lemon pepper wings and they are almost always way too salty to eat, I've had to throw an entire order in the trash after waiting 30 minutes past the time they texted and said my order was ready, so an hour and ten minutes of waiting. The last order was better but still way too salty, I had to rinse the wings off with water so that I could enjoy them. So to summarize, attitudes, extended wait times, overcooked and over seasoned wings prompted this one star review. Lastly, it would be greatly appreciated if you all could add the option to specify when ordering online or using the app the amount of seasoning we'd like on our wings would be very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed an order online, was given a 63-68 minute wait time. Arrived at the restaurant after that time, followed the online steps by letting them know I was there, and waited in my car, as stated until they texted letting me know my order was ready. 10 minutes later, I go in the store because I still haven't received a text. Come to find out, they didn't have my order (either didn't make it or gave it away, idk) so I asked for a refund because they were closing at this point (breaking equipment a apart, cleaning, etc.). A manager named Eric, told me he couldn't refund me my money, and that I would have to come back the next day for a refund. I told him that wasn't acceptable, even offered solutions besides me coming back the next day with an entirely different crew, trying to get a refund. Mind you, I followed their protocols and didn't receive anything, not even an apology. Long story short, Eric became rude and disrespectful so I was rude and disrespectful back. He then called the police because he was refusing to give me my money back. This is a manager who didn't have the skill and competence to come up with a better solution. The police arrived, and while I'm speaking with the officer, Eric comes from the back, on his cell phone and said ma'am the district manager Rich just issued my refund. The next day I filed an official complaint online and called customer service. The district manager Rich, called with the same stank energy, basically "checking me" because Eric had told him I was a belligerent customer and according to Rich the district manager, Eric did what he was supposed to do by calling the police because I was being threatening (literally asking for a refund, and getting loud when his manager thought it was ok to get loud with me first). I let him finish "checking me," then I asked if I could speak. I let him know I didn't like his tone or the fact that he initiated the conversation completely one sided. After I explained my version of the story, he apologized, informed me he issued the refund, and stated he would talk to Eric. This would have been fine, had Rich been as open to listen initially instead of thinking he was putting me in my place (that was the tone and vibe when he first called me). Rich stated that particular store has a lot of customers who complain etc. that statement let's me know there was some prejudgment on his end. He also stated this is not discrimination because he's in a blended family and has a black son. Eric, the manager who called the police stated he has a black fiancé when I pointed out this culture of white people calling the police on black people for nothing! Apparently, they both think that because they have ties to black people, they can't be racist, or discriminatory. I guess they missed that big time KKK leader who has a black wife and biracial children during all these BLM protests. Apparently, I fit the description of other complaining customers, even though my complaint was super valid, and despite the long wait, I was calm and patient until Eric thought he could talk to me however he saw fit. I'm very disappointed in the lack of conflict resolution, lack of diffusion skills, and lack of professionalism on both Eric and Rich's part. Customers don't have to be professional, employees do, and I'm always respectful unless someone is disrespectful to me.

my order today was actually only a few minutes late from the time promised other times it's really bad really late 30 40 minutes after promised time oh, one time the lady said it was an hour-and-a-half wait and I turned around and left

Took 45 minutes for an order of chicken tenders. They were behind on the fries. When I asked for whatever was done, with no refund asked for the fries, the lady in back proclaimed she would not be rushed. I guess 45 minutes for an order of tenders is considered prompt.

If you order ahead be prepared to wait a while. They definitely don't have it together. I understand 5 maybe ten minutes but 30 or 35 minutes for a online order is ridiculous. The food wasn't even up to standard. Luke warm and fries tasted old. Like really they need to just close down or fire everyone and start over.

This shop has mice!! Ordered food online. It was 20 minutes later than the estimated time. I'm understanding about that during these times. Lady at the cash register was pretty rude about the food not being ready, but I understand it's a tough job these days so I brushed it off. What I'm not so understanding about is the dead mouse stuck in a trap in the corner. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is just bad. Especially the 13963 Cedar location. Long wait times, poor customer service, incorrect orders and the staff is just generally unorganized. So many things wrong Eat somewhere else! They have a ton of negative reviews for a reason. (FYI, I waited an hour and my order was still prepared wrong! And this has happened several times. I'm done with them)

This was my first time ever at wing stop. We ordered online and arrived for pick up to find that our order wasn't ready yet. The waiting area wasn't very crowded, so i was hoping for a short delay. After about 15 more minutes, the food was ready. A quick look into the bag and it was easy to see we were missing some items. Another 10 minute wait for the rest of the food. We got home and were ready to enjoy! But that didn't happen. They mixed up our flavors and the gave us boneless instead of bone in. This was a pretty disappointing experience.

I can't even comment on the food because I wasn't able to place an order. I called the number listed in my maps and on google and got a full mailbox. I tried to place the order online and it wouldn't accept my payment method. I'm so beyond frustrated and if I never eat here again it's fine by me

I keep trying and they keep letting me down!!! I buy from here at least twice a week because I eat Keto and chicken is my usual choice for dinner. Since the pandemic they just stop caring about there customers, my last three orders I had delivered and all three were failures. missing items, overcooked chicken, they refuse to answer the phone so you can't complain or get your money back for missing items. I give up!!

This place runs like a clown car An attempt at social distancing is barely effective. There is no hand sanitizer offered to customers. Although I call and ordered 1/2 hour early and got an assigned pickup time, when I entered at that time, I was told my order would not be ready for 10 to 15 minutes. Not happy standing around with too many customers almost all without face masks. It was not clear which register was serving which type of customers ... ordering, pickup, or return due to order screwup. The wing sauce was OK. The fries were limp but good tasting. Wings were on the tough and chewy side. Never again for me!
