The Wendy's at 4037 Mayfield Rd is the worst of them all. It is extremely mismanaged. The service is terrible and the delivery service is just as bad. They often fail to put the entire order in the bag but won't refund the money. When attempts to contact them are made, there is no reply. This will be my last time going to Wendy's.

The nastiest attitude at the drive thru 12/2/25 4:50pm. I asked wha comes on a double stack and whoever the lady is taking orders huffed and puffed as if I was bothering her. If you don’t want your job you always have the option to quit

They always get the combo sizes wrong or forget a part of my order and there's no way to get a refund for mobile pickup orders. Drive thru is insanely slow, usually takes 20-30 minutes, so plan for that, even when doing mobile pickup.
Today i was given a small fry when I ordered and paid for a large combo and my burger wrapper was torn open before I unwrapped it, not to mention the eggshell I just pulled out of the burger. It just keeps getting worse

They made me wait 10 mins and never came back to take my order. There were no cars in line or anything… I pulled up and saw the workers bent over the counters talking and laughing. This is completely unacceptable… from the manager to the employees… THROW THE WHOLE CREW OUT SMH!
