Very bad location think nothing to make the customer wait, waited in drive through for over half an hour and still could not get service they took your order but they left you sitting in line stating they were changing shifts for over 30 minutes bad bad it was even so bad as you waited in line all that time just to have them to tell you to pull up into a space to wait longer they need to be closed down or retrained or care that they have customers or not because this customer will not be back and I will let nothers know of this bad service

Came through drive thru ordered double stack and fish sandwich. Drove off and realized the bun on the double stack was hard as a rock and the fish was burnt and not edible. Turned around and went back and cashiers had an attitude so I just left the sandwich. Didn't have time to wait

Absolutely disgusting. The food I was given was literally HOURS HOURS old. I don't even think they're supposed to give food out that is that out. I'm not tryna feed my kid something that has been sitting out like that for hours. That's so disgusting and a waste of my money. The fries are rock solid hard from sitting out. So gross. I was wondering it was completely empty there and then the wait was SUPER FAST. I'm like wow that's not a good sign, prolly going to be very old food. Definitely by far the worst food I've been given at fast food prolly like old food wise.

Most of the staff was outside arguing for the 37 minutes we were in line waiting for our food. This is the ghetto Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The girl at the windows eyelashes were longer than my curtains at home. After she took my debit card, processed my transaction. She proceeded to go outside and argue with two other employees for the next 22 minutes while we sat and waited for our food. We were asked three We did not leave until 5:40 PM however we were cashed out at 5:12 pm. The drama was ridiculous. The yelling and screaming outside right in front of Wendy’s was very unprofessional. When I drove off there was a very tall employee male, outside, talking about the drama that had just ensued. This staff is very unprofessional after waiting that long you would think our food would be fresh, but the fries were cold. The only thing hot was the chili or drinks were watered down because they sat in the window for over 20 minutes before they were handed to us. This was A ridiculous waste of $48

Stood there for 10 minutes while listening to a worker complain and say she won't rush on the doordashes. Some people rely and you to get their job done. If you don't want to do FAST food then go somewhere else.

The single slowest "fast food" experience Ive ever been a part of. They told me to hold on when I got to the microphone and took them 17min, to come back and take my order (which was placed on their mobile app). The woman at the window was on her phone talking to someone about relationship issues. I will *always* leave reviews for great service, and try to not leave negative ones, but this was beyond bad. Folks behind me in line were honking at me like I was the problem. Had I not placed a mobile order I would've left the line.

Anytime I go I can’t get my food. I end up waiting like 20-30 minutes for my food and then they tell me something is out of stock or the just don’t have it both times I’ve gone.

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. I got there 8 min after I placed my order online. Was told to wait at the speaker for about 5 min. Then I told them I had a mobile order and my name, was told to pull up. There was only 1 car ahead. When it was my turn, the girl asked me if I had a doordash, I said I had a mobile order again. She closed the window and I proceeded to wait again. From what I could see, there were 4 employees "working", I didn't understand why it was taking so long. There was nothing fast about this "fast food" restaurant. The girl came back and asked again if I had the doordash, I again told her no, I had a mobile order. She left again and I waited again. When she finally returned with my order, I was told they didn't have the frosty because the machine was "down". After she said that, she just looked at me. I then said can you give me a refund. She said no, they can't do refund. Then I said well, can you give me something else?! She said "I can give you another Sprite. That's all we can do!" She had a take it or leave it attitude. I was very put off by that. I said I didn't want another Sprite and if I could get another cookie instead. She didn't say anything and just put another cookie in the bag. No apologies at all. No apologizing for the wait and for not having the frosty available. I was upset with the whole experience, I didn't even check my order to ensure it was right because I didn't want to deal with her again. When I got home and checked, the way the fries container was in the bag, all the fries had fallen out. Everything was lukewarm except for the spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered a 10-piece spicy chicken nuggets but got regular instead. There was barely any bacon in the JBC burger. I was missing a sweet and sour sauce. No wonder this place has a 2.9 rating on Google.
