Tried to charge me $1.49 for ranch as if ranch doesn’t come with chicken tenders. Maybe they tried to pocket it, idk but that’s bizarre.
That foods great. Service is terrible. As a door dash driver, I’ll never accept an order from here again. The entire staff is unorganized, they rarely address the customer in a reasonable amount of time. I generally lose money when I have taken orders from here. In the time it takes them to prepare one order, I could have delivered 2.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a restaurant establishment.
I ordered online because the restaurant barely takes phone or call in orders and I mistakenly ordered the boneless wings instead of bone in.
I noticed immediately once I saw the confirmation screen and tried calling the restaurant and the phone line was unavailable. I rushed to the restaurant bc I was less than 10 mins away and notified them of my error. I was immediately told there’s nothing they can do because it’s an online order. There isn’t even an option to cancel the order online after placing.
I offered to pay the difference in price and still no help from the so called “managers” at the register. The managers even acknowledged that the phone was broken.
Now I’m stuck with food I don’t want and mind you I didn’t even request a drink. Something could’ve been done, but the manager was more concerned about catching her uber instead of helping a customer.
Oh, my order was supposedly ready when I arrived but I still waited an additional 15 mins because of fries.
Terrible customer service and truly terrible people. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

ordered a 40 dollar order for it to be cancelled no refund submitted and the store isn’t answering their phone
very disorganized place, dirty kitchen. The guys are indifferent to customer orders, they fulfill them slowly and poorly

Just received my order after waiting over an hour for 80% of my order to be missing? How the hell do you forget 30 wings when you are a wing place? Seriously?? And now im forced to wait another hour to get my order redelivered because of your incompetence? Are you actually kidding me?

Valentines day not the day to go, manger working her self to death, super busy, employees slow but very nice. If your a customer you gotta be patient because this is no drive thru place , everybody like wings so just remember order in timely manner.

The employees are cool but everything is just so SLOW. I mean I placed an order and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time. Here I at the restaurant 30 mins after the time is supposed to be ready. They prioritize Uber eats over people that place their orders directly.

Ordered for the Super Bowl in advance. Had it scheduled to deliver when they first opened. Order still wrong. Receipt torn off of order on purpose. All the food missing. Paid $75 for a party order for the game, got 20 wings and some celery. Nah. This place is trash.
Listen, workers please stop treating business as if it’s annoying to you to do. You don’t want to do the job that you’re paid to do, quit! Simple as that. Shame on the employees for trash service and shame on the corporate franchise for having restaurants like this.
Fix it! And refund me asap. 🗑️

Go somewhere else, you deserve better. Arrived at 6pm, waited in line 10 minutes to order with only 2 people in front of me (because doordash/online orders get helped first). Told 15 minutes for my food, ended up leaving at 6:55pm with a wet bag of soggy fries and chewy wings. Normally I feel like reviewing fast food is dumb, because on some level you just know what you're getting yourself into, but this was a new level.
