My husband recently had some dental work done and was starving but couldn't eat anything too solid. He said he wanted Zoup! Thankfully it was not at all crowded so that he could inspect all of the soups to find ones that he could eat. I got the chicken pot pie and the attendant gave me crust crumbles ? to go with my soup. My husband got the burger cheeseburger soup which he devoured once we got home. The only thing I didn't like was that the attendant let us know three times that she did not like the burger cheeseburger soup and that he should try it first. After we both tried it and liked it, she continued to project her disdain for the soup. Otherwise this would have been a five-star experience. I highly recommend it, and will be going back for more... Hopefully in peace.

Kids grilled cheese was barely toasted and cheese barely melted. It was terrible and it was ridiculously expensive on top of it.

The employees here are the worst. Today was the second time I’ve gone in and won’t be going back. Workers have attitude and both times I’ve gone in they treat you like they’re mad you came in. Also, both times I went they were out of a bunch of stuff and today they couldn’t even make hot sandwiches. And the soup area looks absolutely disgusting.

Went in 45 minutes before closing time. Before I got to the counter to order I was told they had no sandwichs or bread items. I was hoping to get a sandwich for myself but also wanted to order soup. I ended up ordering soup and a smoothy. After I paid and waited about 10 minutes I was informed they didn’t have enough soup to fill the bowl and offered me a different kind of soup (which I could not do because of diet restrictions). No refund or discount was offered to compensate for the 1/2 full bowl of soup. Do not waste your time going here! Very rude staff and they had all kinds of bread and ingredients stocked when I picked up my half bowl of soup, not sure why they didn’t want to serve me.

I ordered a Fiesta Chicken salad and Lobster bisque soup. Granted the food was good but when I got home I noticed that in my salad they didn’t put in the correct ingredients… missing black bean salsa, cheddar cheese… they give me mozzarella, no corn and lime. Probably won’t come back…

I ordered a Maple Bacon ? Ham ? toasted sandwich ?, and a fire roasted tomato ? bisque ??. I so loved ? it! ? ?Had to wait a while for my food, they had many orders to fill! Was worth the wait, tasted amazing ? ?I dunked my sandwich in the soup. What a southern comfort delight ? ?!Friendly service, got a free taste sample of the alligator gumbo ? ?

Me and a coworker were excited to try this out for a healthy lunch option. The old man working was so rude towards us and the other customers in line ahead of us that we walked out before even ordering. If you hate selling soup so much get a new job old man!

Ordered online, when I showed up at the time I was told it would be done, the restaurant was empty. The employee didn't start my food. She made my food and I was happy although I had to wait, until I tried it.The food was cold. Soup was ice cold. (no I didn't order a cold soup) My sandwich was more like a mayo sandwich explosion. What happened to Zoup? Everything used to be good. Sad that my food sucked and the place seemed to suck now too.

Didn’t get to try the food. Showed up at 6PM. Only one kind of soup. They are open until 8PM. 6PM is prime dinner time. How can they not have soup? In particular chicken pot pie- they indicated it is one of their hottest sellers.

The employees at this location continuously act as if they have no interest in helping customers. This is the third or fourth instance of being treated poorly and we will NOT be coming back. We placed an order online only to show up at the designated time to find out nothing was ready, all because they were out of rice for a grain bowl. Why do we bother filling out contact information if they don't use it? Couldn't someone have called or emailed to let us know? Or at least had everything else ready so we could make a quick decision and then go? It's not like it was busy in there. Instead we had to wait 15 minutes for them to make the whole order and just leave out the brown rice. They acted completely bothered by our presence and certainly didn't hurry one bit to prepare our order. There was no attempt to make up for this inconvenience either. One employee apologized to the other though for not having woken up until 11:30. How special. With having only been awake for 10 minutes by the time we got there he obviously wasn't at the top of his game. I would suggest finding employees that actually want to work or you're going to continue losing customers.
