I went there this afternoon around 3:15 on 10/14/25. I observed every single table being filthy with people’s trash & ketchup & greasy mess. I had to clean off a table as best as I could in order to sit & eat there. My fries were cold, but my Big Mac was good. After an elderly couple of women came in & tried to order 2 chocolate sundaes. McDonald’s south Lebanon Ohio
I was helping two old Mexican men who had ordered their food on those big screens inside the building. I help them do it. They paid for their food but the machine didn’t give them the receipt 🧾 so they waited for at least 45 minutes so they come back to me to see if I can speak to the manager ( they didn’t know much English) so i did try to explain the manager the problem and SHE was very rude to us she said that...read full review
