Disappointed with this particular location - hope they make some changes. I found the Kings Island franchise just up I-71 next exit substantially superior in all respects. ...They had no guac for wife's vegetarian bowl, yet charged full retail - hugely annoying as they charge about $3.00 if you add guacamole to a bowl. To their credit, they finally caughed up a coupon for free guacamole in the future if i catch them on a good night...provided I return for more abuse. :) ...read full review
Refused to serve us chips tonight when we asked to order chips and queso, but tried to still charge us for queso. Highly unprofessional and will not return when treated so rudely in line. They told us they wouldn’t sell us chips because we were ordering in store. 0/10 do no

They was out of guacamoly and corn salsa place was hit trash everywhere no kids no straws it must have been busy earlier before I showed up. Staff was friendly but wasnt impressed to say the least.
