Closed before 8:30 (supposed to be 10 PM ) on a Wednesday. Doors were locked and they sent one guy back out of the drive thru. There were cars in the drive thru and people sitting in the store. Long John Silver's for the win!
I put a mobile order in for a pick up time of 5:40 pm. Per the app, my order was ready. When I pulled up to the window she told me that it wasn’t completely ready and would be an extra 22 minutes. Very unprofessional! Only reason I stayed is because I had already paid through the app. I sat in the parking lot for 39 minutes until I went inside. It was order #58755269. The food we got this evening was the absolute worst KFC ever!! The chicken was overcooked, dry and obviously cooked a long time ago. The biscuits were as hard as a rock. I will never visit this store again and may not any KFC store.
