This is a good old fashioned Mom & Pop Restaurant in Spencer, Ohio. We were out searching for a good breakfast and we FOUND IT here at "Spencer Twist." We spoke with owner Dave. He said he was owned the restaurant for 8 years. I asked if the hours are consistent weekly. He says d he has been doing some catering from graduation parties and some hours are cut occasionally.
