Met some friends for dinner. Their daughter and son in law own Slim's. Special of the night was wings. Ordered the spicy garlic boneless. My wife had ordered lemon pepper dry rub boneless. They were over cooked. The owner, Gary, remade them for us. Much better the second time around. Leslie, our server, was great! Very friendly. Stayed for the Queen of Hearts drawing. Didn't get picked. Maybe next time.
Slim’s is phenomenal. Annie Leslie and the rest of the group kick butt on Monday night for the Queen of Hearts Don’t have any clue how they do it but they rock. Appreciate them and be patient.
Lauren is only there on Thursdays, but is an absolute angel. She is the perfect therapist, mixologist. She is a proponent of all Kwancasians and makes it feel like home. Try the Lauren Besto Omelette. It’s a banger!
