So thier credit and POS system went down.. instead of inconvenient services he said go ahead and go eat as my food was already made and they will come get me once the system is back up, it never came back up... asked if I had cash and I did not and he said thats OK its on us this time... WOW no one does that anymore.. So due to that fact I will only come to this location for my burrito bowl needs as that just made me a customer for life at this location.. I work at Parts Express...

Thank You to this location!! I left the Middletown location and took my chances with this one and I’m glad I did!! Exceptional Customer Service, Great Food, and most importantly unlike the Middletown Chipotle it had a very clean environment and trash cans not overflowing!! Thank you for keeping up name of Chipotle because several of them across the United States have ultimately declined!!

Definitely one of the nicest looking Chipotles I've ever been to food was pretty darn good. It was extremely busy, they handled it well but my food was not ready till till about 15 minutes after the order was due and the very nice woman behind the register asked me what was I here for about four times before it finally came out ( not faulting her at all. She was fantastic and she must have checked out 60 people in the 20 minutes I waited)
