The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.'
I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures.
I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)
Rating edited due to quick response. I'm a fan of the simple sub fare, and efficiency. The original rating was all about poor response to a complaint submitted online.
