Picked up a load here. Nice friendly people. Quick load. No idea if they have facilities. Reefer went dead so they kept me on the dock to keep it fresh. As of this post we have been waiting for roadside for 2 hours. Small area for docking.
I arrived for delivery at 7:45 AM; my appointment was at 8:00 AM. Truck drivers, do not arrive earlier than your appointment time — they will not take you before your scheduled slot.
When I entered the facility, there were already two trucks there. The place is very tight, and I was the last one who could fit in the yard. After I checked in, I was told to wait. What’s the point of having appointment if you show up early and still give you door 2 hours and half after your appointment. Very small area but not hard to back in

Klosterman Hearth Grains Bakery has a very small area for docking, but it is not hard to back in. The staff are nice and friendly, and they kept a reefer on the dock to keep it fresh. However, the facility is very tight, with only one dock for unloading. Drivers are warned not to arrive earlier than their appointment time, as they will not be taken before the scheduled slot. One driver with an 8:00 AM appointment was unloaded by 10:00 AM. There is no overnight parking.
