Nice and clean. Tasted like Popeye’s is supposed to. We had strips, a 2 piece thigh and leg with mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice. The combo with a drink.. It was like $25.00.. the food was hot and the bathroom was clean. I would stop at this one again on my way through.
They have the best chicken sandwich. I enjoy Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich but Popeye's chicken sandwich has a great Crunch and you can't beat the size of the sandwich it is a must try if you never had their chicken sandwich with the fresh or any side to go with this.
I truly didn't want to mention the smell of the employee but the smell was so horrendous that I couldn't dine in. Being in a restaurant environment I think that this problem should be addressed by upper management. Other than that my food was hot and fresh and the service was fast!
