They were out of mushrooms and scallops and we were not notified until after ordering (when the chef came to the table). It was dirty, cold, and a long wait with reservations. Hopefully it was just from being busy with the holiday because we love this place.
The restaurant was very good & the food tasty. Our waiter was great!!! The biggest issue was the wait time - we had a 8p reservation & got seated at 8:30ish & the restaurant was very cold
Ryan, the manager who visited our table, was fantastic and a great conversationalist! He even took a photo of us so that we could have a lasting memory of the night! Could not be more impressed by his friendliness and commitment. Would definitely recommend Benihana and definitely hope to run into Ryan again! What a pleasant evening!
