The bartender Quinten was the best bartender I’ve ever had. It was really busy and I could tell he was working hard and he still gave me excellent service, was kind and hilarious.
We had the most fantastic experience at the Cincinnati Benihana location. We visit Benihana restaurants often and yesterday's experience was one of the best yet. The servers were kind, patient and on top of everything throughout the night. The chef was funny, personable and quick with cooking. The atmosphere was lively for a Thursday evening. Will definitely go back!
