Asked for gluten free bread with my sandwich and was asked if it was a preference or allergy. I explained allergy.. They took apart the meat slicer and cleaned it.. Wiped the boards off and changed their gloves. My meat was sliced and put on a sandwich wrapper so that cross contamination would be less likely. Companion ordered a small club sandwich. I ordered the hot philly. Club sandwich was boring - like styrofoam. When asked if they could do anything to jazz up the sandwich, they handed us a cup of vinegar. Didnt work. The regular philly was a sloppy drippy mess. They didnt cut it (which was in the end a good thing since they didnt clean their knife). Workers left their own purse and open bag of chips in the back of the store. Don't believe all the fake employee reviews you see here-I've been to EVERY Jersey Mike's in Cincinnati & Dayton, and if you enjoy being overcharged & treated like a piece of garbage-this is the place for you! Rather dirty, usually have the employees' kids running around (can't afford day care??)-you could do better at ANY other Jersey Mike's than this one. The Indian owned Subways are better, for a fraction of the cost!
