Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered catering for a business event, and they did not include the steak we ordered. On top of that, I have tried calling the store 4 times, and have not gotten a single answer a single time. I will not be returning to this location for catering or personal.

Double meat is never actually double meat. Unless you know someone, then you get the hook up. I've seen it happen more than once It's cool though if they like to have that reputation. I used to go a few times a week and it was never consistent. So I think I'll take my business to the one by the mall and see how it is. Or just a different restaurant.
