When I first walked in, I noticed how clean the store was. Then as I got closer to the counter I was greeted by both the young lady at the register and Erica the manger on duty. Moreover, Erica and her team were pleasant and accommodating throughout my dine-in experience, bringing my food to the table, checking to make sure everything was okay, immediately cleaning the tables of other guests after they finished dining, and wishing me a good day when I left... “This was our second time at Izzy's. Portions are really good and the menu has something for everyone. They bring you a small bowl of pickles to start, which thrilled my husband. We then shared a corned beef Reuben and the pastrami Reuben. Both came with a huge potato pancake. Easily as big as your hand. Everything is very good. Meat is tasty and the dressing has a good flavor. Staff is great. They will always give suggestions when asked. Tomato basil soup was ok. Almost tasted like a marinara sauce. Definitely fun to try a lot of different options.“
“Had lunch here today and my order was perfect. Melissa and her team are always professional and they run a pretty clean restaurant. I had a med turkey sub and I ordered and paid for it online. When I arrived everything was ready. Melissa went the extra mile and gave me two pickles like I always get, even though I didn't ask for it. We will be back.“

As we were leaving I heard the young lady at the counter inform the newest customer that they had run out of bread...."so if you wanna wrap or a salad we can help you". Like I said they were busy. They gave us our cold sammys with very little wait, our hot ones (we ordered 6, 4 cold/ 2 hot) took awhile longer they ended up calling my name ( I enjoyed the first name basis) to inform me I'd have to pick a different kind of bread which was fine. We got home and the sandwiches were great. Exactly what we asked for and very tasty.“

This is the only location I would go to though I need to drive further! The rest of the locations need to take notice! They had turned me off to Penn Station for more than two years! “Tried out jersey Mike’s for the first time and I got to say it was amazing. After doing so many DoorDash deliveries of Jersey Mike’s I was curious as to how their food was. “Went here for dinner. Only had to wait Minutes from the time I ordered to receive my order. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak with the ultimate fries. The sandwich had good flavor and a lot of meat( Finley shredded very thin beef) There was not much else to the sandwich. There were a couple pics of lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato. The bread was very soft. The sandwich is very messy to try and pick up to eat but managable I ate it with a fork and knife. The fries were good. Had tons of cheese and ranch a small amount of bacon on it. Also got the original Philly cheese steak it was great same as the sandwich above. Lots of meat the lemonade is absolutely delicious tried the watermelon/strawberry highly recommend.“

I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

The food is awesome and the service is ok.The only feedback I have is if you go in as far as a half hour away from closing, they've already started closing up shop, so you can't eat inside. While I was waiting for our food, another gentleman came in and asked if he was still able to order. There was still a good 25mins until close at this point. But from the interaction I saw, it seemed like they were doing him a favor by taking his order at that time.I dont know if that is a requirement by the franchise owners? If it is, I would say that a one off of staying open an extra 5mins every now and again, and maybe re-wiping a table down shouldn't be that big of a deal. The lady working the register was very nice and trying to keep Everything together despite customers being rude about the wait.
