“Love this place. Love their food, love the pick up window. Like all fast food restaurants today some of the employees don't always provide great customer service, but the general manager here, Andre, is a superstar. It seems like he never takes a day off but this guy really CARES about the customer.... so if you ever have any issues, just touch base with Andre the superstar.

Minor downsides: the food is expensive, but good. Love the fries - I wish Penn station would adopt the same attitude as 5 guys about over-serving the French fries.

“First time to this place. I was pleasantly surprised. I took my food to go since my hotel was nearby. The tater tots were fantastic, the soup was very good and the sandwich was sooo good. Very unique mix of cheeses. Very melty which is what I like in grilled cheese. But this place is next level. Staff was friendly and efficient. I can't wait to come back on my next trip to Cincinnati.“

“Like every Jersey Mike's I have been to, this location offers great subs made right in front of you from freshly sliced meats and cheeses, and topped with crisp, fresh veggies. This location has ample indoor seating. Parking is adequate, though stopping in at evening rush hour may sometimes require fighting traffic if coming or going south on Cheviot Road. Staff are friendly and helpful.“

“Had lunch here today and my order was perfect. Melissa and her team are always professional and they run a pretty clean restaurant. I had a med turkey sub and I ordered and paid for it online. When I arrived everything was ready. Melissa went the extra mile and gave me two pickles like I always get, even though I didn't ask for it. We will be back.“

“First off, we were here for dinner time around 5p, and we were the only people in the restaurant. That concerned us to say the least. But we were traveling, hungry and wanted something to eat now. So we went ahead and ordered. I am a firefighter in my home town. I get subs at Jersey Mike's a lot and they are pretty much my standard as to what a good sub should taste like. DiBellas is much better, actually much much much better. I got a club as I always do. You instantly can tell in the first bite that every ingredient on the sandwich was high quality. The meat, bread, the veggies were fresh and crisp, it was just awesome. Like, I Guess I didn't know my favorite sandwiches were lacking this much until I ate here. I realized I didn't get their oil dressing add on, so I went and asked for a little to add to my sandwich. Game changer!!! When we were done, we were so impressed with the sandwiches that we tried their cookies. Blown away there too. How in the hell was this place empty at 5-530p?! I don't get it, you locals better wake up. Hopefully they are slammed at lunch time. This isn't a place I'd want to lose.“

“Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. “Great atmosphere located adjacent to St. Vincent DePaul friendly people great cook food made to order and fast. I was only in the location for less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered til the time I left. Grant is such an asset he is always happy and willing to help. “The McAlister’s in OHIO! I was starving and intensely craving a hot sandwich, Reubens are one of my favorite type of sandwiches, and McAlister’s is one of my favorite restaurants! As I went to pick up my order, I walked in and was beautifully welcomed and greatly helped! Every item I ordered was prepared with love and kindness! I promise, if I didn’t have to return to work that day, I would have stayed in that restaurant until closing just to hangout! “I had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries so I didn't have time to eat them before my appointment. So when I did get to eat them the sandwich was good but it was warm and I couldn't eat the fries because they were cold. I wasn't thinking it would take that long to get my food because they didn't have a lot of customers dining in. I guess they must have a lot of call in orders. The lemonade is not sweet at all.

Parking: There aren't that many parking spaces and they share with another business. And it's very hard to get out to go left because it is a very busy street.“

“We had not been to Penn Station in a long time, but stopped by when we got a bogo coupon. We ordered toasted Italian subs. They were so delicious that we couldn't wait to go back. The employees are very efficient. The subs are always perfect. The fans are loud so it is hard to hear inside the restaurant. Last time we got take out. It was still excellent. Hope they send out more coupons. We'll be back.“

“I was waited on by a lady named Tonya. It was yesterday and I still remember her name. When service is memorable it’s worth returning to. This is not the most upscale subway and it took a minute to have a spot to park.. but it’s clean and the girl that made my sandwich, made it like it was her own! I was very happy with it! “The food was absolutely perfect. Really good sandwiches and fries. The lady who took our order however was rude and arrogant. We got there at 8:45 it is printed right on the door that they are open until 10:00 but then somebody has added a little sign above that saying they're only open till 9:00. I did not see the smaller sign I saw what was printed directly on the door. The lady went out of her way to let me know that they were closing in a few minutes. She was very rude to the two 11-year-old twins that I had brought there for the first time. Rather than explain the menu she made them feel like they were stupid because they didn't know as she put it that the sandwich doesn't come with anything you have to tell her what you want on it. It wasn't what she said but the demeaning way in which she said it. This lady really does not need to be serving people. Penn Station is one of my favorites and the boys loved it but I would never go back to this location. There's just no need to talk down to people like that, no matter how your day is going.“

“I've read some reviews and as long as you give a store 5* they tell thank you for being a fan but if you give 1* they just tell you to give them more ways to help fix the problem but no one seems to fix the problem sounds like most restaurants nowadays not a good way to deal with the issues at hand I've had bad experiences at a lot of restaurants and the problem is employees don't care their pay went up while the quality went down ???? not good at all“

I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. “They just renovated the space so it's more modern. The service counter is also different with its glass lid. Food and service same as before. Prices seem to be inching up and still no cucumbers so value inching lower but i believe it's still the cheapest sandwich shop, but not by much.“
