Great service with greeting and a smile. Love that everything is served piping hot and ready! Best Philly cheesesteak and fries, love the lemonade! This is the only location I would go to though I need to drive further! The rest of the locations need to take notice! They had turned me off to Penn Station for more than two years! Glad I took a chance again here, and will be back to this location.

My mom and I decided to get lunch at our local Penn Station (Forest Park in Cincinnati, Ohio) on 10/26/23. We were greeted with a smile immediately when we walked in, as our order was taken we were given additional options, every one, including the manager (Andre Ross) was working, the restaurant and employees were clean and very professional, and our food was was served hot off the grill! This was the best Philly Cheese Steak I’ve ever eaten. It was made perfectly. Good to the last bite. It’s now my go to Penn Station and I live 30 minutes away and won’t hesitate to come this way again.
