Every time I’ve been here, I’ve waited at least 15 minutes for my food. This time, I ordered through the app specifically to try to avoid a long wait, but I was still asked to pull over to the side.

9 piece meal to go order: dark meat, spicy, coleslaw, biscuits & side order of gravy.
Took them home opened up: no coleslaw, no gravy. We got Cajun fries instead.
But that’s not the worse of it. All of the chicken were bland! Not marinated. Not spicy, no flavor. Did they decided to re-sell Kroger fried chicken?
I go to Vietnam and I try to introduce my cousins to Popeyes, that’s how much I like it!

Service was much faster than it used to be. I went thru the drive thru so I didn't see inside, but outside had been cleaned up and looked real nice.
