I've tried to eat here 3 times. Each time is a 15+ minute wait in the drive through. Super slow. Have no idea if the food is good. Cause there isn't enough time in the day to wait for it! It's a joke. Hire some new people.

The food was mostly warm, some fries not so much. My biggest complaint was I gave the guy in the drove thru money and he said we don't have change at 2:30 pm are you serious? Luckily I had my credit card. No a good look for the company. Kinda like not having chicken. I go to Popeyes almost every day. I will NOT go back to this location ever.

Worst Popeyes I ever been too and has the nerve to be located in the suburbs. On 2/27 I showed up at 1 pm and they said they where out of chicken, then on 2/28 I go back at 10:30 am and now they are out of nuggets I’ve never understood how a chicken place can be out of chicken especially when they just open. This place does not take pride in there cooking and will serve you anything that’s why I haven’t been there in two years prior to this and I live in forest park. The fact that nothin has changed at this location in years caused me to leave this review because I honestly see no purpose for this location anymore throw the whole staff away

Wait time in the drive through with only one car in front of me and not other cars in front of him was 20 minutes and another 10 once I finally got to the window. The food was barely warm and was poor quality.

I placed an order at 10:42, online website hours say open at 10am , they took my order online and payment, get to the drive in and employee says they aren't open until 11 and they don't have my order, yet my money has been taken. Ridiculous way to do business. I'm on lunch and can't get my food that's been paid for, horrible business practices. Food not ready til 11:05 and got me late returning to work

I only had the side dishes, and I'm so glad that they still had some side dishes that I purchased at the time of my order when almost closed! I had to travel to this location because the one on Dixie highway didn't feel to make anything due to shortage of customers which was a waist of my time! So at this location, the drive threw girl put all side dishes in a very small bag and my bag nearly fell out of my hands and the bag broke when I was getting out the car into home to my family, she seemed like she was confused about how much I ordered for my family and I continued to order because it's my family and my money, and that was very rude of her to seem tired of me ordering side dishes! But we love those red beans and rice and mash potatoes. We didn't like the cole slaw very much. But that's what we wanted that night with my chicken I made myself! And that's our experience!
Unfortunately there were only 2 people working that I could see from the drive-thru so the service was very slow. But they were doing the best they could.

There was food missing out of the order and the chicken was very poorly clean before frying it tasted nothing like the Popeyes recipe as the other Popeyes stores do it just had a very poor taste and it didn't have the look of the Popeyes Chicken as well and very greasy and some of the parts that are supposed to be separated from the chicken before you cook it we're still attached terrible terrible chicken
