That one lady in there every time. Needs to be seen by undercover boss. She needs to own some restaurants. And house and a car. She works hard and puts so much love in all of my family sandwiches. Here attitude about work is everything. Greets and works hard for the customers. I travel to get my sandwich from her. Colerain bypass finneytown to buy from her. My sandwiches always have love.

Running a little rough, as I told them today...towards the end of the lunch rush to be fair. Place was rather a mess, and had to repeat my order a couple times. You know how you automatically ask a question and then forget to listen to the answer? They are trained to ask for your order as soon as they can see you, regardless of how many they are already working. "Hello! I will be right with you!" might be a more realistic opener. They did get it done, and the sandwich...
