ordered through app and chose the delivery option since I just gave birth. Came on the schedule but delivered back to the warehouse which the reasoning is the item is broken as per the driver 🤷🏻♀️called the warehouse as per the customer service advised and was told that my item was reassigned to another driver on another time took a long time on que before getting a feedback.. hours passed by from the promised resched and no delivery has come yet. We used to order birthday cakes at the Sam’s Club on Fields Ertle Rd. When it closed we switched to Kemper Common Drive. Since that time we have yet to get a cake and have the order correct or the cake not lopsided. Today I also asked the guy at the door to call someone to help me load cases of water into my SUV. He told me someone was in the parking lot, you’ll have to find him. This location seems to have rude, unhelpful employees. I think it’s time I switch to Costco.
