Wow where to even start here..
First off we walked in to a nearly empty building just to be told it’ll be 15 minutes before we were to be seated. There was only one or two tables there! It took almost an hour to even receive our food so of course the kids were getting antsy and hungry. We were at the Springfield Ohio restaurant on Leffel road at 7:30 pm tonight. Stood around for 15 minutes to be seated and then after finally being seated we sat there for 5 minutes and the waitress never came to the table. This location was not at all busy and why we had to wait so long is beyond me. We walked out. Seemed like they were too busy cleaning up to serve those that were there to eat. What a disgrace to Bob Evans! Poor management. We won’t be back!
