Slowest service ever
This place is ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING I don't even go there anymore
It's Chipotle in Springfield. The food was OK, not the best Chipotle around. Employees seemed defeated and careless, but mostly competent. Did charge us for a drink we did not order. They also put like 3 heaping spoonfuls of sour cream on my wife's chicken bowl, essentially ruining it. It was swimming in sour cream. She did not ask for extra sour cream. Does Chipotle not believe in knives anymore? Maybe try Bechtel Avenue? We'll try there next time instead.
