Impressively bad service. There was a ton of people working, a very moderate amount of customers, and yet they achieved so little. They were out of a few things and the person putting my bowl together had the proportions all wrong. My chips are insanely salty.There was a guy in the back working his butt off to restock everything, and too many people just hanging out at the counter. The two chatty cashiers (at one register) barely gave me a chance to ask for chips and did not speak to me or look at me.I’m a very pleasant customer, especially if a restaurant seems to be struggling. This was not the result of me being a rude customer. The guy putting my bowl together simply seemed new — at least he had a good attitude. There were definitely some people doing their best, but the whole place was lacking. The cashiers had attitude and were too busy gossiping to be helpful. Disappointing.

Whenever I go to this Chipotle, they are always out of veggie fajitas. As a vegetarian, that's the main thing in my bowl or burrito. When I ask them about it, they will say sorry we ran out and do nothing.

Food quality was lower than the average Chipotle. Additionally, it was very dirty. I’ve been to Chipotle stores all over Ohio and at least ten other states. This was the dirtiest and worst housekeeping I have seen.

This location is absolute trash… Been to this chipotle around 10 times since i moved here and their hasn’t been a time they are not out of half of the items on the line i want. 4 people in line? Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins.. no urgency from staff and when you finally get to your turn they are incredibly rude… Todays trip was , waited 25 mins, my turn, they scream they are out of cheese, sour , pico and gauc… oh yeah we are only accepting cash btw… no apologies for us waiting patiently for our dinner… who ever is managing this place needs to be retrained or find another job… over it…Parking: Parking sucks, seems fitting for this location

10 teenagers working, goofing off with a line of people. All of the tables were dirty. They were talking about a co worker, then a customer. No utensils were out. I got attitude when I asked for forks. The restroom was cleaner than the dining area.

Some words of wisdom do not order through the app because your food would never be will be right but also if you do. Do not go by what the app says because they wont update the app to let you know your order is ready. It will sit there and get cold. I placed a mobile order at 2:00 pm for a 5:20 pickup. My food was not ready upon arrival. For the record my order was only a cheese quesadilla and chips. Once I was given my quesadilla I was told there were no chips and to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE which is eight numbers not seven so who knows. I know shortages happen but I wasn't thrilled with my overall experience and I'll not be returning to this Chipotle.

Did a catering order and was supposed to have it by 11? That day got there didn't get it for 45 minutes later. Cause they didn't even start on it. Turn down online to order only to get the other catering orders done.
