“I am a former Domino's manager (25 yrs of employment) It's very hard to impress me with customer service when I order from a Domino's. My order was not right from the E. Main St store & it's been on a consistent basis. No one was answering the phone (during open hrs) when I tried to call & get my food right. I called the Home Rd store and talked to Sarah. Not only did she hear what I had to say, she offered to replace my order from her store. I know this comes out of HER food cost & bonus and not E. Main St where it should be. I am HIGHLY impressed with Sarah and her customer service skills. Every store mgr needs to follow her lead!! Thank you Sarah!! You are a GREAT example of what a good mgr is and your doing an AMAZING job!! Keep it up!!!“
“Solid customer service seems to be rare these days. So when you have an overwhelmingly positive experience, it stands out.This Domino’s stands out.The employees at this location are stand up people who care about their customers not just as “people who buy pizza,” but as fellow human beings.I’m not a huge fan of the food (we went because it’s my son’s birthday…his request), but now I want to like their food because of the staff. There was a mix up with our order’s time and they worked hard not only to remedy the problem, but to make sure that it didn’t mess up my son’s bday.I didn’t catch their names, but I’m using a photo of my receipt so that management or corporate can see the time stamp and see who was working. They all deserve a raise.“
“We have discovered the Italian subs at Domino's. We have ordered them several times recently. We ordered online and it is the best way to get an order ready fast. We love these subs and the Domino's on E Main St, in Springfield, Ohio is great.“
