“Despite clearly barely having any support from those above them, every time I go into this location, the employees are busting their asses, but they don't just rush to get the orders out to satisfy some timer; they make sure it's done properly. That's why I keep coming back to this location in particular. Ok, so sometimes I wait a couple extra minutes.. but my pizza is always prefect. Carlos and Peyton in particular deserve a ton of props“

“The young people here are very polite and my food has always been tasty and hot, and delicious. And the one time my order was wrong they fixed for free as they advertised, and without attitude.

“3/28/26... I tried this location today, received very polite, professional and pleasant service from Kay!! Our pizza was delicious, made to order hot and ready when I picked it up through the drive thru window. We got a large mushroom, pep and sausage New York Style 😋“
“Dear Chris and Leilan, you guys are the workers of the century. You gouts stayed 30+ minutes after close to make pizza for us. Our Grubhub delivery man never showed up but we did. You guys let us in even though you were closed to get our pizza and breadsticks and it was so delicious. Thank you guys for making our pizza and making us food it was so good. I hope you guys get a raise because you guys were the best. Thank you dominos for hiring such amazing workers. I love you guys. 10/10 experience. If Leilan and Chris were working everyday I would go back every day.“
“I had a terrible experience with the Dominos at Broadway and considered myself a very good customer. I had a credit that was supposed to be issued and it was not in the computer and the manager on hand totally disregarded me and basically hung up the phone on me, even though I was the victim!!! They treated me beautifully here I have to give a shout out to Logan for listening to me vent!!! I’ll never be going to that store again and I’ll be frequently the one on Georgesville Moore. I’m from Westerville originally and I never have issues like that up there they always take care of me.“
“This Domino's is fantastic. Their food is hot and fresh, the drivers are fast and friendly, and they go above and beyond to fix mistakes if/when they happen. Domino's has great customer service, something many other businesses lack. Absolutely would recommend, they are a staple in our takeout rotation! Not sure if management changed but it is obvious they are really trying. If you have had bad service previously, give them another chance, they are doing really well now. To be clear, we order online through the app so our main interactions have been with the drivers and they are awesome!“
“Yesterday evening I ordered my families usual order of two pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. We picked up but when got home realized that one of the pizzas was not at all what we ordered. I immediately called and Andy picked up fairly quickly. I explained that my wife is a vegetarian and the mistaken pizza had meat. He was so respectful and immediately wanted to make it right. He even tried to offer extras as a way of apologizing which we declined since felt it was a simple mistake. Less than 30 minutes later our pizza was delivered and he threw in the some cinnamon bread bites…which were amazing.
Genuinely so impressed with Andy and how very genuine and just plain pleasant he was to speak with. Well done and if his manager happens to see this, know that he has a lot of potential so hold on to him.“
“The pizza is good if you carryout but they will cheat you if you place carryout online. The carryout deal now is 2 3toppings for $9.99 but they actually charge you full price and won't fix it when you go in to pay. The representative confirmed the two large pizzas I just picked up should have been $9.99 each yet I was charged $28.94 and no effort to correct the bill was made.“

“It's hard to please my husband when it comes to Pizza. This is the second time he loved his pizza. He didn't even share his crust with the dogs. This crew and store has deserves all 5 stars. Beautiful work. Awesome.

“I've ordered from here for years and never had a bad experience. My order is always done quickly and it's always correct. My only complaint is their delivery routing is kinda weird sometimes on the very rare occasion I order delivery, I live literally under a quarter mile from the place but most of the time they end up putting me last on the delivery route... Despite my apartment complexs parking lot literally connecting to their parking lot.“
“I have to praise these folks at this location, I picked up 5 pizzas on 3/12/26 . Ordered online thought I paid on like I usually do some reason my card didn’t work, I was going to pay when I picked them up. I forgot to pay got the pizza’s 3 hours later realized what I did I called to apologize and pay them, the manager told me they had already taken care of it not to worry about. Oh my God I feel so bad I didn’t mean to do that, they were so nice about it I couldn’t believe it. So thank you Domino’s manager’s. On behalf of the absent minded lady that didn’t pay you . This is our pastor and he enjoyed the pizza.“
