Domino's Pizza in Columbus

“I ordered pepperoni pizzas, and got cheese pizzas. This seems to be a regular problem with this site. I'd call to correct it, but no phone number is provided.

Edit: it turned out the error was with the ordering site, which had altered my order. The shop, however, happily replaced the mis-ordered pizzas with fresh ones at no charge.“

“This location never misses, have had plenty of orders and they always come out perfect and loaded with toppings. Can be slow sometimes but what do you expect on a Friday night with $10 pizzas. Shoutout Josiah especially, outstanding service from this entire team.“

“I have to praise these folks at this location, I picked up 5 pizzas on 3/12/26 . Ordered online thought I paid on like I usually do some reason my card didn’t work, I was going to pay when I picked them up. I forgot to pay got the pizza’s 3 hours later realized what I did I called to apologize and pay them, the manager told me they had already taken care of it not to worry about. Oh my God I feel so bad I didn’t mean to do that, they were so nice about it I couldn’t believe it. So thank you Domino’s manager’s. On behalf of the absent minded lady that didn’t pay you . This is our pastor and he enjoyed the pizza.“

“Despite clearly barely having any support from those above them, every time I go into this location, the employees are busting their asses, but they don't just rush to get the orders out to satisfy some timer; they make sure it's done properly. That's why I keep coming back to this location in particular. Ok, so sometimes I wait a couple extra minutes.. but my pizza is always prefect. Carlos and Peyton in particular deserve a ton of props“

“Listen, this pizza I ordered today was so good! Omg! This is not the same pizza, it taste so much better! I got the any pizza for 9.99 I got the cheese stuffed crust, instead of marinara sauce, I got Alfredo sauce, pepperoni,sausage, mushrooms, black olives and extra cheese, Delivery was quick, pizza wasn't burnt, and the pizza was sooooo good. Even the box was nice !“

“It's not very often that I'm available to pick up the food, but when I can, this location is always prompt and accurate with my order.
For whatever reason, there is not a Dominoes that will deliver to my address - directly or through a third party.
This pizza is a family favorite. We order pizza once a week, but none of their locations offer delivery to my home.“

“This is by far the best Domino's experience! The order was filled quickly even during lunch hours. That was the best buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was the first time trying the lava cakes and I highly recommend the chocolate ones. And the order also came with a handful of Starbursts 💙“

“Ordered from this location the first time tonight and it was absolutely perfect. Everything was cooked fresh and delicious. The toppings were generous. Everything was tasty. “The pizza is good if you carryout but they will cheat you if you place carryout online. The carryout deal now is 2 3toppings for $9.99 but they actually charge you full price and won't fix it when you go in to pay. The representative confirmed the two large pizzas I just picked up should have been $9.99 each yet I was charged $28.94 and no effort to correct the bill was made.“

My only complaint is their delivery routing is kinda weird sometimes on the very rare occasion I order delivery, I live literally under a quarter mile from the place but most of the time they end up putting me last on the delivery route... Despite my apartment complexs parking lot literally connecting to their parking lot.“
