Greek Restaurants near Springfield

“Authentic Mediterranean food, very fresh ingredients and a good amount of vegetarian options. One of the best restaurant food options in Springfield. My only gripe is they insist on using a Mexican tortilla (why?) for their falafel sandwiches, while the others come on pita. When I asked for pita for the falafel, I was told it wasn’t possible. Otherwise the platters/bowls are very good.

Edit for 2026: they don’t do that anymore, and it’s been great every time I’ve returned. The fish dinner, wings, shawarma and other things family have all tried were a hit too. Check it out!“

“Loved Linardos! Straight up old school atmosphere and great Greek food. Waitress Angie was fantastic, knowledgeable and a gem for the restaurant. We wish we lived close so we could eat here all the time. Great for special occasions and the baklava is a must. Thanks for a great anniversary dinner!“

“It's a food truck, so atmosphere isn't really relevant although it was convenient, clean and they're equipped to take cards. The food was EXCELLENT! We got a salad (added grilled chicken); it was an authentic Greek salad with really good authentic dressing and heated pita on the side. Even Kalamata olives instead of plan black! We also got a wrap that was just as good. Tzatziki sauce deliciously authentic as well. Baklava for dessert; a fresh piece big enough for two. Price was fair - food well worth it! Service was very friendly, answered all my questions and our order was prepared in less ten mins.“
