Shame on me for ordering from this store. EVERY order I have ever made has been incorrect. DO NOT make a mypanera or doordash order for this store, because they can't get it correct. On top of their inability to get the order out the door correctly, when you call to tell them that your missing an item or two or three, they tell you that the next time you're in the store, just talk to so and so and we will replace it during your visit. I usually love Panera and have frequenting them all over the country since they started.
In Springfield , OH all the tables were dirty.
I asked for water cups and the cashier took her dirty hands and grasped the inside of the cups to hand them to. When I said I didn’t want the cups for that reason, she got an attitude.
I absolutely love the coffee and the casual environment. There is plenty of seating for meals, meetings, and work . The soup and bread is some of the best you will ever eat!! Yes to Panera!!
