Yes I understand places have a closing time and a time when they start doing their closing. But I have never been so disappointed in subway then I was tonight. Yes we came in at 930 and got 4 footlongs but the way the employees acted was really really uncalled for. One of the girls told me I couldn't use my coupons or anything from the app. But when I paid it took my coupons off. And I wasn't asked about drinks or chips or cookies and I had a 6yr old with me!! I will not visit this location again. I will also be reaching out to corporate to make a complaint. I was there Monday at 4:33 pm, and got 2 subs. My total was $24.88. The cashier verbally told me my total. When I looked down to get my card, she added a tip. She didn't tell me or ask me, she just added it. She also didn't tell me my new total with the tip.
