I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and took two bites of it. To only then realize I had blood on my mouth and there was multiple other drops on top of the bun. When I took it back every employee was outside smoking and they blew me off and informed it was probably ketchup because they wear gloves. Absolutely disgusting. lady at window very rude tried to argue fries were fresh. If I can put my finger thru one & not feel anything hot it's not fresh.
