The Derr rd location is the worst ever.

Always excellent service from an engaged and well trained staff. We have made this our McDonald's of choice in the Springfield area because of their standards of excellence. We have been impressed that the staff is a mix of young pre-adults and seasoned veterans but EVERYONE seems to be invested in pleasing the customer. Our commendations to those who train this customer service focus, and those who make sure the milk shake machine is running reliably--not the case elsewhere...read full review
