Last Saturday, Rudy's Smokehouse Food Truck joined us at Wittenberg University's Inauguration Tailgate. Wow, they did not disappoint! Their food is consistently delicious. From the mouthwatering BBQ to the savory scalloped corn and tangy coleslaw, every bite was amazingly tasty. The friendly service helped make the celebration truly memorable. We can’t wait to have them back for future events!
I was in the area, so I ordered ahead and took all the food home. Everyone was super nice and polite.
Grabbed the boneless rib sandwich for lunch, there is a lot of meat on there, and will probably be 1-2 more meals for me. Love that they do not slather sauce on everything, this way I can sauce it up to my liking.
All of the sides we got were really good. Banana pudding was fantastic.

Got there when they first opened and had to wait for the brisket but it was worth the wait. The did give us a free bag of thier home made chips be ause of the wait. They had some pretty good drinks that was Taylor made instead of the regular pepsi/coke products
