Fried were cold. Had to keep reminding them of a missing sandwich and chocolate milk. Lobby was dirty. Restrooms dirty. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location

The food was okay the service there. Was horrible, a lady was actually talking to them behind the wall because of the way they were acting laughing giggling and playing around. We had to ask for our drinks our milkshakes because they were not with our order. By the time I got mine, I was already done with my food.

I go here vs other burger places when I want a shake with my burger. I was disappointed that none of the tables had been wiped down. Maybe it's because they've gone completely to kiosk ordering? Dunno. They weren't so busy that they didn't have time to send someone out to wipe tables.

We stopped for a burger after shopping what a mistake. As soon as we'd ordered off the kiosk one of the workers announced that it would be roughly 30 minutes to get our food. There were only 2 employees scheduled to work the store and it's been that way for weeks. It took us an hour! It's not the employees fault that they are having to work this we! We're calling corporate today to complain!

Horrible our whole order messed up. I had gotten off work after working 12hrs then went grocery shopping and stopped to get food. I love 25min from this restaurant and have picky kids needless to say my kids ended up eating ramen noodles and I didn't get to eat my sandwich either. I had to work early the next day so couldn't call I tried to call two days after my visit and was told I should have called that night or early next morning or even returned to the store to have my order replaced. I know it will be a very long time before me and my kids return there........... Well I stopped in the other to pick up an order and I didn't have to wait long and everything was prepared correctly
We decided to go to this location bc we haven’t in a while. We had really good service. As we cashed out at the drive thru I noticed the lady who took our order, our money & made our drinks went and cooked our food also. I’m a restaurant manager and I must say that’s pretty crazy! Good job Shannon(I’m guessing from the name on my receipt.) you did awesome! Food and service was great!

The food was just so so the burger was not like it should be crispy edges were not there fries were soft and not crispy on outside soft inside like they used to be . All people in resturant we angry and complaining it was so cold in the seating area we all had to wear our coats zipped up shivering. Not a pleasant experience. Heat in this place would be nice. Many customers left without there food asked for refunds.
I love the steak burgers they're delicious and I love the shoe string fries ?

Bad bad experience. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru today. Checked our bags after we pulled out and the fries were missing. Went back inside to get them and the guy making the hamburgers was very rude when I told him I needed my fries. Not a single apology for messing up our order and the long wait. There weren't many people inside the store either. Poorly run store. Avoid.?
