The Buckeye Sports Lodge

We stopped in on the recommendation of the front desk clerk at the Marriott. When we arrived, there were several customers and only the bartender. I believe the waitress was sitting at the bar, then she left. Within a few minutes, the place was full and only the bar tender to take care of everyone. She did a great job! Our food was exactly as ordered. It was hot and delivered with a smile! She deserves a raise!! If we are ever back in town, we will definitely stop in again!!

This is another crowning JEWEL in our DOWNTOWN. An amazing building with a lot of history has been saved from the wrecking ball and refurbished into a stunning party place and restaurant! I can't say enough on how beautiful it looks as the new owner(s) have kept and redone all the original wood and brick, adding warm colors and rich carpeting. The new 2nd story, wrap-around outside deck is extremely inviting and my wife and I CANNOT WAIT to get out there and dine on it this summer!...read full review

Diamond in the rough. Beautiful old building with light Friday night crowd. Love the ambiance and great staff. With roughly 40 brews on tap, plus bottles, cans and seltzers who could ask for more. The prolific menu is a plus with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good down home cooking at its best. Will definitely visit again.
