The service is always subpar, it's very evident the employees hate their jobs and they don't even try to hide it. Customer service sucks and the donuts are okay if they even have them available most of the time.
While the $2 latte was a good deal, it wasn't outstanding and the service was not friendly. The two ladies working we're not thrilled to take our order or make our food. The atmosphere felt like they didn't want to be there and really didn't want to take our orders. Not friendly at all.
