I was disappointed by my two recent visits to this restaurant. After my first experience, I was willing to give them another try, but the second visit was just as bad, if not worse.
On my first trip, I was served a sandwich with moldy bread, which is a clear sign of poor quality control. Despite that, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
On my return visit, the food was just as bad. It was clear that both my sandwich and fries had been microwaved. The bun was so soggy it was inedible, and I had to demand a refund.
Based on these two separate and serious issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The consistent lack of quality is unacceptable

This place is beyond the worst I have visited. This place is so dirty flies everywhere. The woman with the fake hair making icecream is horrible I saw her spit in the customers drink. The woman at the register needs away from sending orders she can't hear much or understand. She was talking to another employee about a customer which she made the mistake not them. I was behind the person in line what she said is right. This place needs shut down. Worst experience ever!! The food wasn't good i like burgers but this was horrible. Taste underly cooked. I won't return don't waste your money.

I ordered two cheeseburgers with pickles and onion. Got one pickle for both. Ordered a fudge sundae and got a chocolate. Ordered a Sprite and got a water instead. Also made to pull over and wait for 10 minutes. Sheesh.

So i order a burger through the drive through and was told 3 to 5 mins and i was in a rush to get to work and they had me park to the side and literally sat there for 15 mins nobody ever came out i tried to call twice nobody answered left a message and didnt even get a call back.had to leave because i was going to work didnt have time to go in the store an wait .. so not only i lost my money i didnt get my food either ..literally will never go here again .very bad business and very poor service and everyone should be fired ..
Went in last week, they were not very busy.. ordered chocolate milkshake and ask if they had any vanilla ice cream sandwiches, which they replied yes. So I ordered 1 vanilla ice cream sandwich. When I got home I noticed the ice cream sandwich was in a clear plastic baggy type bag and the ice cream was the consistency of soft serve vanilla ice cream ! They must not have had any frozen ice cream sandwiches prepared so some idiot made one , sold it to me(not frozen) and it was melting all over bag…… I TRIED CALLING STORE FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERED…. I WILL NEVER GO BACK ,AND WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL MORON, AND NEEDS REPLACED !

Delicious ice cream. They were out of bananas but were happy to substitute out the banana split for a blizzard. Very friendly workers and the wait was pretty short.

The last 3 times we’ve been there the ice cream is very whipped and tastes like whipped cream. It is horrible. The service and staff were friendly and attentive, however do not get anything with vanilla soft serve.

I ordered a burger and fries. I was pulled up to wait for my food no big deal foe me to wait for my food. It did take almost 10 minutes though. Tell me why my fries are so hard they're nasty and the best of it all is I had a long blond hair in them. Very upset overLl
