So i order a burger through the drive through and was told 3 to 5 mins and i was in a rush to get to work and they had me park to the side and literally sat there for 15 mins nobody ever came out i tried to call twice nobody answered left a message and didnt even get a call back.had to leave because i was going to work didnt have time to go in the store an wait .. so not only i lost my money i didnt get my food either ..literally will never go here again .very bad business and very poor service and everyone should be fired ..

Went in last week, they were not very busy.. ordered chocolate milkshake and ask if they had any vanilla ice cream sandwiches, which they replied yes. So I ordered 1 vanilla ice cream sandwich. When I got home I noticed the ice cream sandwich was in a clear plastic baggy type bag and the ice cream was the consistency of soft serve vanilla ice cream ! They must not have had any frozen ice cream sandwiches prepared so some idiot made one , sold it to me(not frozen) and it was melting all over bag…… I TRIED CALLING STORE FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERED…. I WILL NEVER GO BACK ,AND WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL MORON, AND NEEDS REPLACED !

The last 3 times we’ve been there the ice cream is very whipped and tastes like whipped cream. It is horrible. The service and staff were friendly and attentive, however do not get anything with vanilla soft serve.

Arrived at the drive thru window and was told we had to pick our order up inside. Why isn't there a drive thru pickup option for mobile orders?? And the employee wasn't even going to put a lid on the sundae that was already melting all over his own hands.
They were out of the one thing I went there for. They messed up my order. The lady I'm the drive through got annoyed because I was ordering too much. There was 5 of us so.
