Sumo is a Japanese restaurant known for its excellent food, including sushi and hibachi. The portions are plentiful and generous, often providing enough for two meals. The prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for a good takeout meal. The service is highly commended, with staff who are friendly, polite, and attentive to specific dietary needs. The owner is a super nice guy who contributes to the community, adding to the restaurant's charm. The atmosphere is comfortable, though the decor is a bit on the older side. Sumo is spacious, wheelchair accessible, and child-friendly, offering high chairs and a kids menu. It features delicious options like shrimp udon, miso soup, and tuna tataki, making it an excellent choice for various occasions, from casual dining to special celebrations. Overall, Sumo is a Steubenville favorite that many would gladly return to.
