I don't know what happened to this place. There were very few donuts. The ventilation system was jury-rigged. They don't sell hot chocolate containers anymore. If this is new ownership, they don't know anything about customer service.

First time stopping at Tim Hortons and also the last. Ordered two breakfast combos, was asked for our drink selection, everything was good. Pulled around, were told "sorry, were out of sausage, do you want something else?" so we switched to a bacon wrap. Got our food, pulled off, no hash browns in the bags and we got a bacon bagel instead of a wrap. So for $22 for just two breakfast combos, I don't foresee me going back. Coffee wasn't terrible, I can say that at least.

Update- spoke to the district manager (he proactively called me) and he confirmed that employee's are not allowed to ask you to pull around across sunset blvd while you are at the window. I'm glad to hear this demand from one employee is not a company or restaurant policy and hope this will keep others safety first in mind so everyone can return home safely!
