Rude cashier.I stopped by for the first time today.I pulled down my window and said hello.They did not answer I waited and then ordered.When I received my order, the cashier was rude.He told me: give us few seconds before say hello( with attitude)!!! If he is not happy of his job, it is his and company problem, not customers.Never go there again.

Waited in line for ten minutes yesterday morning. The manager was busy taping and accosting a calm customer who was complaining they received a stale donut. She continued to insist the donuts were fresh but my donut was also stale. The icing crumbled when I touched it. Just gross. deplorable management at this location.

Stale donuts, employees were not knowledgeable of the menu, customers in line complaining they had been waiting for a long period of time with no service. Building looks decrepit on the outside. Manager, Bridgette, was nasty and unhelpful. Her behavior was confrontational . We are driving from Canada to Florida and would NOT suggest this Tim Hortons. The standards of this Tim Hortons are below average. Will be calling corporate.

Took 25 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches and wraps to be made. After we ordered a gentleman came in and was ignored at the register for 5 minutes and walked out without being acknowledged.!In our order, sandwich and wrap was WRONG. I ordered the number one meal without cheese (bacon, egg, lettuce tomato on everything bagel). I got plan bagel with sausage and egg. We were shorted two hash browns from meals. 3 Wraps were supposed to be loaded farmer wraps. Wraps came in small size without hash browns. EVERYthing in our order was wrong! We were traveling and since the workers had no desire to work quickly we opted to just eat what we got. Very disappointing from Tim Hortons regular customers! Bad service + wrong order= lost customers.

I don't know what happened to this place. There were very few donuts. The ventilation system was jury-rigged. They don't sell hot chocolate containers anymore. If this is new ownership, they don't know anything about customer service.

First time stopping at Tim Hortons and also the last. Ordered two breakfast combos, was asked for our drink selection, everything was good. Pulled around, were told "sorry, were out of sausage, do you want something else?" so we switched to a bacon wrap. Got our food, pulled off, no hash browns in the bags and we got a bacon bagel instead of a wrap. So for $22 for just two breakfast combos, I don't foresee me going back. Coffee wasn't terrible, I can say that at least.

Update- spoke to the district manager (he proactively called me) and he confirmed that employee's are not allowed to ask you to pull around across sunset blvd while you are at the window. I'm glad to hear this demand from one employee is not a company or restaurant policy and hope this will keep others safety first in mind so everyone can return home safely! Thank youJust left Tim Hortons on sunset, they didn't tell me the donuts I ordered weren't ready (if they did I would have just got something else) so they told me to cross four lanes of traffic to go sit in the parking lot after I already paid. I said I can't do that safely, can I sit in the dairy queen parking lot instead, they said no.... I then said well I guess if I get in an accident it's your fault right? Then he yelled at me and said... then I can't help you and slammed the window. So I parked at dairy Queen walked over and the doors were all locked because the inside is closed for some reason. I asked for my money back through the window pointing at my credit card because they didn't give me all my food and stole my money at that point. The manager came out and said he would still give me the food, which I didn't even want at that point for fear of what he would do to it. When I said that he told me I was an awful person for even suggesting that.....really I'm the awful person for not wanting to cross a four lane road at 11am on a Saturday morning and get T-boned? Four cars pulled up and left while this was occuring because the interior was closed, old men get mad I guess when they can't sit inside to eat. They ended up giving me my food which was wrong twice. This is very sad for me, I have gone to this tim Hortons for over a decade and to see the state of things today was depressing. I guess they are on their last leg, time to close down and call it a loss.

It was really warm in there and for some reason they couldn't sell us donuts ? Drinks were good though! We had to leave after a while because it got too hot to sit inside!

The food was good i had bought a breakfast wrap and some other things. the customer service was quick and i only had to wait about 2 minutes for my food again it was delicious and a great meal for morning breakfast heading to work.
