Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".

Spelled my sons name wrong on his cookie that I ordered online so she had the spelling in front of her! My husband picked it up and he said he barely got to see it she opened the lid so fast and closed it that he didn’t notice. So I called.
