Listen, personality is everything when it comes to repeat customers! My girl Madison at the Steubenville Ohio location is seriously incredible and is the reason I continue to buy my coffee from there daily. Is my coffee always the best tasting? No, not always. Male server was very rude. This wasn’t the first time not only me but others have had a rude encounter with this man. There is no need to be negative all the time. I know food service is annoying but you choose to be there so at least pretend to be happy.
