Spelled my sons name wrong on his cookie that I ordered online so she had the spelling in front of her! My husband picked it up and he said he barely got to see it she opened the lid so fast and closed it that he didn’t notice. So I called. I am from out of town but travel to the area every year for Thanksgiving. While we are here we always celebrate my sons birthday with his Ohio family. The last 2 years we have been very disappointed with the cookie cake. This year, I think it’s missing something. 🤦🏼♀️

Great American Cookies is always good and fresh. Enjoy pretzels while you wait! The location may be in a rough mall with uneven floors, but the cookies are perfect for special occasions like birthdays. Be careful walking inside, but the staff will fix any mistakes on the fly.
